Shipment processing time

All online orders are processed within 1 business day.

During the busy season or due to a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Online orders are also available for pick up at our store. Please select the “Store pick up” option at the checkout. You will be notified via email once your order is ready for pick up.

Request to cancel or amend your order

Once your order is placed, the warehouse begins to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you in good time. This means that it is unfortunately not possible to add to, amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. Your purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a second order.

Rich & Rotten offers complimentary free shipping on all online orders over $150. Exclusions apply.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and shipping location.
